I’m actually surprised this isn’t higher! Part of my job is managing my company’s social media channels, so all the headlines are right in front of me at all times. Trying to at least leave my phone upstairs on nights and weekends to avoid getting too consumed. Not that I’ve been super successful. Thank you for writing this!
